How will my order be delivered?

We will make it as convenient as possible to ship your gifts to any destination. We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard delivery method ONLY. 2nd day and Air delivery is not available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.

Can you ship to international addresses?

A:
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. possessions: You can expect delivery of in-stock items within 10 to 14 business days.

APO/FPO addresses: Place your order as usual but please only select Standard Shipping. Faster shipping methods (Second Day and Next Day Air) are not available for shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship in-stock orders placed online within 3 business days of the day the order was placed. (Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.) If your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days, we will notify you immediately. Logo setups and personalization will require extra time.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Credit will be given the way it was paid to A Scrub Stop & More, LLC. (i.e., credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card number, check and COD purchases will be refunded by company check within 15 business days.) Please include a copy of your receipt in the package to ensure proper credit is given. Altered, embroidered, laundered or soiled garments will not be accepted as a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
